Rainbow Over the Adriatic

“My wife’s family has a home in San Vito Chietino, Abruzzo, a picturesque town on the Adriatic Sea that we visit most summers. One day last summer, a flash storm swept through the area. Most of the beachgoers fled, leaving my wife and me virtually alone. After the storm, a beautiful double rainbow appeared over the sea, and I quickly snapped the photo with my iPhone.”
